Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Refunds:

Lady Belle wants their customers to be 100% satisfied. If you are not happy with your order, please get in contact with us and we will gladly assist you with a refund.

To proceed with a return, email myladybelle.boutique@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

Regular priced items can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. All items purchased as a sale item, items purchased during a sale event, undergarments, headwear, earrings, body suits, cosmetics, and gift cards are all final sale and cannot be refunded, replaced or returned. 

Returns:

Regular priced items can be returned for a store credit within 30 days of your purchase. Items needs to be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, free from stains and odours and tags still attached. If these expectations are unmet, we have the right to refuse the return. 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Unless you'd like to do a local return - this still has to meet the 15 day mark, as well as, the receipt needs to be present. Items needs to be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, free from stains and odours and tags still attached. If these expectations are unmet, we have the right to refuse the return.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email containing a gift card with a specific code that can be used towards any future purchase. 

The gift card will be in the amount of the returned item, including the sales tax.

Gift cards never expire.

Replacements:

If you are unhappy with the sizing of your item, you are able to replaced your item for a different size within 30 days of your purchase. 

If you are wanting to replace your item, it must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, free from stains and odours and tags still attached. If these expectations are unmet, we have the right to refuse the return. 

Defects/Not the item you ordered?

If you receive your item and it is incorrect and or there is a defect to the item, please contact us at myladybelle.boutique@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide photos of the defects. Defects also must be reported before items are washed, worn and tags unattached. 

If this is not brought to our attention before the 7 day mark, we will not be able to help. Please make sure to inspect items are correct and no defects upon receiving.
